However, what you will find is the city does have a large number of attractions for you to explore as well. Now, what I am going to talk about today is going to be the Brisbane Botanic Gardens. This is going to make it easier for you to find out about because you are going to notice that it is going to be a great place to check out and it definitely will make it quite a bit easier for you to find the place and know it will actually allow you to have a trip that you only imagined you would be able to have before.

What Does The Location Offer

This is a location that allows you to melt away from the city as it is situated on 52 hectares of ground, but it is a place that has plenty for you to see and enjoy and a lot of green space! What is even better is this is a location that has more plants than you can imagine and a lot of the plants are native to the Australian area, but some of them are also plants that are coming in from around the world.

What is really nice is the location does have quite a few events that you can partake in during the weekends. These events will vary from local crafters coming in and selling products, to talks about the plants and the planet. No matter what, you will want to check out the Facebook page and the website to see what is going on and make sure you plan for these times.

Now, if you are looking to get to know more about the plants, then you will want to check out the volunteer guided tours. These tours take off from the information center six days a week at 11 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. If you do not want to take one of the guided tours, then you will want to make sure you check out the self guided trails you can go down.

Is Brisbane Gardens Kid Friendly

This is a location that you are going to really like to bring your kids to. Yes, it is a kid friendly location and it is going to make it quite a bit easier for you to find the right time for your kids to enjoy. What else is nice about the location is it does allow you to get your kids out of the hotel and this means you will be able to enjoy some of the amazing sun in that is seen in Australia.

This is a location that you will like because it does offer you a variety of craft shows and other features you can take part in. These mainly happen during the weekend, like we mentioned in the features, but it definitely is a place that you will really love for the different events that do go on. What is really nice is how active the place is and supportive of the local community the location is in relation to all that is going on around it.

What Did I Like The Most

I have to admit one of the main things that I like here is going to be the variety of the plants that are around the region. The variety that is present here is going to be a great and it will allow you to explore plants from Australia to different areas of the world. This is going to make it quite a bit easier for you to have a great trip and know you can start to see everything you would want to see in one area.

The chance to either take a guided tour with the volunteers or if you are looking for getting out on your own, it will be very easy for you to do by using the three self guided tours. I know that this is a great way to explore the plants on your own and know that you are going to have a great trip, but also have a chance to see everything that you want to see and not be pushed through like you would be with some of the guided tours you would be taking.

What Did I Dislike

I have to say that I love the fact that this is going to be a place that if they get really busy are going to have some litter that can build up. This is not through the fault of the location, but instead it is going to be because of the number of tourist who can come into the area. So you will have to keep this in mind when you are loking at the trash and realize that it can get busy and this does make it difficult for you to enjoy the location.

I have to say if you are looking for one of the best Brisbane attractions you will enjoy the Brisbane botanic gardens. This is one location that has quite a bit of land for you to explore, but also the amount of flowers that you can see here is going to blow your mind. Once you start to see all of these flowers you will know that you made the proper choice on where you are going to spend some of your vacation time and know you are going to enjoy seeing part of Brisbane that you never would have been able to see before, because you checked out Brisbane Botanic Gardens.
