Vancouver is a place that is one of the most scenic cities in Canada as it has the beauty of nature surrounding it in [popup_product]British Columbia[/popup_product], but also the stunning views that are seen as well. With that being the case, the key to having a great time in any city is knowing the attractions the city holds for you to use. So we are going to want to make sure we cover what we feel are the best attractions for you to go out and see while you are vacationing in Vancouver. When you know about these attractions, it makes it very easy for you to plan your trip to Vancouver and know you are going to have a great trip that you are never going to regret taking.
How Did We Narrow Down The Best Attractions In Vancouver
The list is numerous and we do have to say this is one of the hardest things that we have had to do and that was decide on narrowing down the attractions that you should see when you are in Vancouver. We had to take quite a bit of time doing this as we did find the attractions great and they were definitely something that we loved. So it took a lot of time and effort to narrow down our list, but we have to say this was worth it because we want you our travelers to get the best trip possible. Either way, the list is not all of the attractions and you need to make sure you check back because we are going to cover as many attractions as we can, even if they are individual. With nothing else being said it is time to cover our list of the best attractions in Vancouver.
Stanley Park
You are probably thinking that we would start off with a museum or a different location. However, what you need to realize is we are not starting off with a museum because we love the city and the outdoors so much. That is why Stanley Park has been able to land at the top of our list as one of the top attractions to see in Vancouver. The park is actually going to cover a total of 405 hectare park. This is a rather large park, but it also borders the city proper which is going to make it quite a bit easier for you to enjoy the city park without having to go very far.
When you are at the park you will notice it is going to have a seawall that is great because it is a park that is almost completely surrounded by water. This is going to make it very easy for you to have a great time because you can walk around and have some of the best views of Vancouver Harbor and English Bay. What else is nice is this is a park that does have some of the beaches that you can enjoy as well, but you need to remember you are in the Pacific Northwest and part of Canada so you may not want to bring along your [popup_product]swimming trunks[/popup_product].
Vancouver Aquarium
The Vancouver Aquarium is oddly found in Stanley Park, so when you are at the aquarium you will have a great time because not only do you get to see some of the best sea life around, but when you are getting to the aquarium or leaving it you will have a great time because you are going to be in Stanley Park. So you will have some of the best scenery around for you to see and have a chance to get into the aquarium. This is going to make it quite a bit easier for you to get the enjoyment you want to have, but also follow up the beautiful day at the aquarium with some great walks around the park.
When you are at the aquarium you will enjoy the great conservation they have in place. However, you will also find the aquarium does take and rehab some wildlife, which will make it a change each time that you are going to go to the aquariums. This way you are able to get the best trip possible because you can see the different types of animals that are being rehabbed and this will make it easier for you to experience something new when you are going into the aquarium at any given point in time.

BC Place
BC Place is one of those locations that you are going to like if you enjoy sports, but also if you want to see some of the higher end concerts and other things that require a large space. That is because BC Place is actually the sports stadium, but it also serves as a multipurpose building as well. All of this is going to make it quite a bit easier for you to get to see the concerts and other events. However, what is really nice is a large stadium is a great meeting place if you are getting together with friends in the region.
Why is it a great meeting place? Have you ever been to a major city and called up a friend and told them to meet you at the stadium and they go where? Almost everyone in the city, no matter where you are traveling to, will know exactly where the stadiums are located and this is going to make it easier for you to find your friends who may be living in the area and know they are going to make it easier for you to get to see your friends, without getting lost in the middle of the city.

Canadian Rockies
Now this is not really within the city limits of Vancouver, but you need to realize it is close enough that we would be doing you a major disservice if we did not include the Canadian Rockies. This is part of the iconic beauty that we have talked about in Canada and in the city of Vancouver. The Rockies are one of those mountain chains that will provide you with the beauty you want to see, but also makes it easier for you to enjoy the trip and know you are getting to see something different because no matter how many times you go to Vancouver or the Rockies you are going to notice something different.
It is important that you are properly prepared for the Rockies so make sure you have all the supplies you would need for a day. It is also important that you keep track of the weather that is going on around you and what is predicted to hit. This way you will know when you need to head back to your hotel room or get out of the [popup_product]Canadian Rockies[/popup_product] to avoid getting caught in a freak snowstorm.
Science World
If you have kids and want them to learn about science while you are on vacation without making them feel like they are learning about science, then you need to bring them to Science World. This is a beautiful location in a geodesic dome. The amount of learning is going to vary depending on the age of your children, but you will find the children are all going to learn something they need to know about. From ages two and up the Science World location will have something for your kids to do. So they will not feel like they are learning because of the way it is presented to the kids
It is important to look to see what is going on before you plan a day at Science World in Vancouver. That is because the events can change and that means your kids may learn about something completely different than what you thought they would be learning about. Either way and really no matter what the event is that is going on your kids are going to learn and if a specialized event is happening then they have a chance to partake in something that is very special and unique.

What About The Rest Of The Attractions?
Well, we know that this is just five attractions, but we have to say that Vancouver has plenty of attractions for you to see. You just have to make sure you take the time to see them all. Vancouver is a beautiful city and it is a place you are sure to fall in love with. The only downside is once you get up into the Rockies you may find yourself not wanting to come back down because it does have the beauty and peace that you want to have.
